All Weddings – Wedding Toastmaster Duties

Making Sure the right people are in the right place at the right time and you all have a stress free day guarenteed

  • Liase with my clients usually at the venue prior to the big day and get to know you
  • Liase with Event Manager, Banqueting Manager and Music/Band Manager before and during function
  • Liase and introduce myself to the Photographer/Videographer prior to the big day
  • Produce a time schedule of the event approved by my clients which is then sent to all parties involved in the special day
  • Ensures everything is checked and in place before arrival of guests
  • Greet the Bride and Bridegroom on their arrival
  • Assisting photographer and videographer in gathering members of the Bride and Bridegroom and family to ensure the best photographs and video are taken
  • At the function putting everyone at ease so that the atmosphere is a relaxed one
  • A Wedding Toastmaster will call guests for reception and dinner
  • Prepare the room for the arrival of the Bride and Bridegroom (Unique to ToastmasterJango)
  • Announce Bride and Bridegroom and family and escort them to their table or the dance floor
  • Announce toasts, speeches and if required grace, ensuring that everyone is calm and clear when speaking
  • Announce the ceremony of the cutting of the cake and welcome any evening guest
  • Announce and introduce the Bride and Bridegroom for their first dance as Husband and Wife
  • Ensures function runs to time making sure everything is perfect and dealing with anything that may occur behind the scenes on the day
  • Making sure that all your guests are comfortable and enjoying the special occasion
